Setting credit card billing currencies

When verifying a credit card you will be prompted to select the credit card billing currency. ShipNerd shipments are billed in the origin country currency.

For example, if you ship from the USA then you must verify a credit card in USD. If you also ship from Canada, then you must also verify a credit card for CAD transactions.
