How can I create return shipping labels on ShipNerd?

ShipNerd makes creating and emailing return labels quick and hassle-free. Create and send the return label with just one click!

1) Use the Filter & Find feature to easily locate the shipment being returned.

2) Once you’ve located the shipment, click the “i” icon in the Actions column to show the shipment details. The receiver’s email address will auto-populate in the Create Return Label field. All you need to do is click Submit and the label will be created and emailed to your customer. The return label will have your address as the destination address, your customer’s shipping address as the origin shipping address, and ground shipping speed will be selected.
