Can I change the Signature Requirement on my shipment?
A signature is required for delivery but the receiver won’t be home… now what?
Depending on the courier, one to three delivery attempts will be made. If the consignee is not home to receive and sign for the shipment, a notice will be left at the door advising if another delivery attempt will be made or where it will be held for customer pickup.
Once a package is in transit it is not possible to add or remove a signature requirement by the shipper.
TIP: Add your receiver’s email address when creating a shipping label, as they will get a notification advising them when a shipment is out for delivery.
